Day 1: Arrival in Kampala
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide and transferred to your hotel in Kampala. Spend the night at either Cassia Lodge, Hotel Africana, or Ivy’s Hotel. Meal Plan: Bed and Breakfast (B/B)
Day 2: Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, depart for Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest park covering 3,840 sq km. The park is split by the River Nile, which forms the spectacular Murchison Falls as it cascades over the western rift valley escarpment. Stop en route at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Nakasongola to learn about rhinos. Enjoy lunch and then continue to the park. Take a game drive and visit the top of the falls for breathtaking views. Day 3: Murchison Falls Game Drives and Boat Ride
Explore the park’s stunning landscapes, where the Nile’s beauty is complemented by herds of elephants, giraffes, antelopes, Uganda kobs, buffaloes, waterbucks, lions, and diverse bird species, including the saddle-billed stork. Return to the lodge for lunch and then embark on a 3-hour boat cruise to the base of the falls. Observe hippos, crocodiles, and wildlife along the Nile. Day 4: Murchison Falls to Kibale Forest National Park
Set out early for Kibale Forest National Park, renowned for its high concentration of primates including chimpanzees, grey-cheeked mangabeys, red-tailed monkeys, and red colobus. Day 5: Kibale Forest and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Enjoy morning chimpanzee tracking and spot other bird species like the grey-throated flycatcher and chestnut-winged starling. After lunch, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for its diverse wildlife and the Kazinga Channel. The park features the Ishasha sector with tree-climbing lions and the Maramagambo Forest. Day 6: Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 7: Queen Elizabeth National Park to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Depart for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, driving through the Ishasha sector to seek out the famous tree-climbing lions. Bwindi, home to mountain gorillas and a rich bird life, is an ecological gem. Day 8: Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Forest
After a hearty breakfast, report to the ranger station for gorilla tracking. This trek can last from 30 minutes to 5 hours, requiring good fitness and sturdy footwear. Spend time observing the gorillas in their natural habitat. Return to your lodge for the night. Meal Plan: Full Board (F/B)
Day 9: Bwindi to Lake Mburo National Park
Drive to Lake Mburo National Park, Uganda’s fourth largest park. Enjoy a game drive and spot impalas, elands, topis, buffaloes, and zebras, amidst the park’s scenic hills and valleys. Overnight at Mihingo Lodge, Mantana Tented Camp, or Rwonyo Camp Site. Meal Plan: Full Board (F/B)
Day 10: Lake Mburo National Park to Entebbe
After breakfast, embark on a final game drive and then head to Entebbe. Stop at the equator and visit the royal drum makers before proceeding to the airport for your flight home. Meal Plan: Breakfast
